Summary of MAb binding to DENV-2 DI-DII or DIII mutants expressed on the surface of yeasta

  • a Values shown were achieved by dividing the total fluorescence product (percent positive population × mean linear fluorescence intensity) of a mutant for each individual antibody by the total fluorescence product of the wild-type DI-DII or DIII × 100. Values in bold indicate reductions in MAb binding of greater than or equal to 80% for a given mutation. Underlined values show a reduction between 60 and 79%. The results are the average of between three and five independent experiments for each mutant and each antibody.
