  • a Summary of membrane and action potential (AP) characteristics of control neurons, mCMV-infected neurons at 1 and 2 dpi, and AAV-2-infected control neurons (5 dpi) as a GFP control. Resting membrane potential (V-rest) was averaged from a 100-second recording trace. Action potential duration was measured at half amplitude as shown in Fig. 4A. Frequency was determined at resting conditions over a 100-s window. Bold indicates significant differences from the control value (P < 0.05; Mann-Whitney test).
