  • a Rhesus monkeys were challenged with 105 PFU of DEN2 NGC prototype. Serum was collected for days 0 to 6, 8, and 10, and virus was detected by plaque assay in Vero cells. The limit of detection was 1.0 log10 PFU/ml.
