  • a Genomic DNA was isolated from either 107 PBMC or 107 CEMx174 cells cocultured with PBMC from infected macaques (Qiagen tissue kit). TM sequences were amplified in a nested PCR as describe in Materials and Methods. PCR products were sequenced on an ABI automated sequencer analyzer. Both strands were sequenced.
