  • a Cells were infected with MV Edmonston (MOI = 1), and immediately after infection, neutralizing antibody was added to appropriate wells, as described in Materials and Methods. Immunostained samples were evaluated for the number of infected cells and the number of total counterstained nuclei per field, using a 40× objective; data are the proportions of infected cells ± standard errors, pooled over 10 fields.
