All Rights Reserved.): Subcellular distributions of the reovirus proteins {mu}l and {mu}NS in a CV-l cell infected with the Cashdollar substrain of Type 3 Dearing reovirus. At 24 h postinfection, cells were immunostained to detect {mu}l (green) and {mu}NS (red). Nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue). {mu}l distinctively localizes to ring-like structures, which correspond to the limiting membrane of lipid droplets, whereas {mu}NS forms the matrix of the viral replication sites (viral factories).
