HighFive insect cells were infected with FB/Poly, a recombinant baculovirus expressing the IBDV polyprotein gene. Cells were analyzed by immunofluorescence with antisera against IBDV capsid proteins pVP2 (green) and VP3 (red). Nuclei were labeled with TO-PRO3 (blue).
