HepG2 cells expressing full-length PORF2 after transient transfection show strong reactivity with monoclonal antibodies against linear epitopes by indirect immunofluorescence staining (green) but weak reactivity with monoclonal antibodies to the immunodominant, conformational epitopes found in HEV virus-like particles.
