The second scene shows the serial density slices of the 3D tomogram from top to bottom and back to the central slice.)

Scenes start from the surface rendering of a KSHV capsid with the unique vertex facing outward, then the capsid is rotated to the normal penton vertices. In the second part, the unique vertex and five surrounding hexons are highlighted, cut away from the capsid, and compared with a corresponding region surrounding a penton vertex.)
