Files in this Data Supplement:

  • Supplemental file 1 - Video S1. Time lapse live cell microscopy detecting the redistribution of Sp100 during the initial stages of HSV-1 infection. An uninfected cell expressing EYFP-Sp100 (red) at the edge of a developing HSV-1 dl0C4 plaque expressing ECFP-ICP4 (green) was examined by image capture every 15 minutes. The frames of the complete image sequence are shown at 4 frames per second (fps). The low detection efficiency of the ECFP signal is explained in the text.
    Zipped Movie Video, 1.9MB.
  • Supplemental file 2 - Video S2. Time lapse live cell microscopy detecting the redistribution of PML during the initial stages of HSV-1 infection. An uninfected cell expressing EYFP-PML at the edge of a developing HSV-1 dl0C4 plaque was examined by image capture every 10 minutes. The frames of the complete image sequence are shown at 4 fps. Only the PML signal is shown. A single frame taken at the end of the time sequence including both the PML and ECFP-ICP4 signals is shown in Figure 4.
    Zipped Movie Video, 891K.
